Over his eighteen years as a Trial Technology Consultant Dan Bupp has provided support for hundreds of matters, logging thousands of “hot seat” hours in the courtroom. In addition to trial work, Dan has helped litigation teams with electronic discovery management, preparation and playback of video depositions, jury research, Daubert and Markman hearings, creation of custom demonstrative graphics, and more. Prior to stepping over to this side of the bar, Dan was the City of Philadelphia’s first Courtroom Technologist, managing Philadelphia’s flagship high-tech courtroom when it opened in 2003.
